ORGANIZATIONAL COMPLIANCE
The COMPLIANCE5.0 Application is a structured management system that helps to ensure the correctness of procedures and compliance with the rules in every company with any legal typology and in the various areas of competence.
For example, in Health and Safety in the Workplace, it allows each component of the "SPP" Prevention and Protection Service to perform the tasks assigned by their Employer; in the management of the PRIVACY, it allows the DPO and the data processors involved to carry out periodic checks and immediately report any non-conformities, almost accidents or critical situations.
These activities are applicable both in office-type work environments, in manufacturing industries and in civil engineering sites and in contracts or works or administration contracts.
The Employer, Executives and Managers, the DPO and all the managers involved such as the manager of the management system and the SB can help the Employer to fulfill the obligation of "supervision and control", monitoring in any moment the trend of the "management system" deciding in real time the appropriate improvement interventions, through the Plan, Do, Check, Act system.
The system is managed through an App for Smatphone and Tablet and a Web-Based Back Office application. All updates are thus reported instantly in the App for proactive management.
Each module also allows continuous and certified information and training (Long Life Learning) on the issues of COMPLIANCE, thus creating a "culture of prevention" in all collaborators and suppliers, at any level.
