the app is good, but i would like the developers to add on a NEWS feature, where passengers can see updates and news related to metro, mainly to inform when somedays metro is not available due to technical issues.Many passengers will not be knowing about the cancellation of metro on a particular day, and they face problems because of that.So the news feature may help.

The QR code generated in the app is pretty small, which is not read by the scanners at the station. Taking a picture of the same ( since the app does not allow screenshots ) using another mobile, zooming, and then scanning works. Instead of this hassle, WhatsApp QR tickets are better.

I have made an on transaction at the metro. I told them my amount got debited from my account. But they told they haven't received and they have taken the cash from and again. I went back to metro station after 72 hours when it shows the amount was debited on phonepe as well. And they asked me write a complaint and also to send the email to the team. Where I did and followed up multiple times. Till now, I haven't received any update. Call center are unhelpful at all. Overall worst experience.
