If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I've been trying to set up the app before our trip, but there are constant glitches that won't allow me to even login, let alone use its features! I've tried to access customer support through the app as well as the website and have received ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! I am hoping this isn't a glimpse into the operations of the resort as a whole. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Edited from 2 to 1 star after recent update. I can no longer access my trip, see the entertainment plans or book my al a cartes. It's absolutely terrible. Wonderful hotels but a terrible app. Needs massive improvement, it's so buggy you can barely do anything. Wasn't even able to check in online without it failing after I uploaded passport info.

Great tool to use before you go to the resort, especially to see what activities are available and to book restaurants ahead. But take screenshots (u can ask them to email your restaurant reservations to you so you have a record) because once u reach the resort it is almost useless. It will keep hanging up and the advise u will get is to uninstall and reinstall and it'll work tht time and then will stop working once u close and open the app again.
