Don't download. For 1, they created a new app without telling current users (and the old one had its own problems anyway). For #2, the in-app back button doesn't work. I got stuck on a page where the app disabled my phone's touch screen. YES! My entire touch screen. I had to reset my phone in system restore mode in order to disable and uninstall. Find better developers for this app. I have lost all confidence and will never use again. The city's bike program will suffer because of this app.

Bycicles are amazing, but this app, show you certain price and at the end of your ride you notice is 4 times more, and crazy amount, day pass is not working, just 45 minutes "free" and then every 30 minutes $3. So quite crazy, better go to a bike shop. Rent 1 nice bike for $50 all day long. No costumer support or money back.

Downloaded this app to attempt to use the bike share at a kiosk. It refused to accept two different cards I tried to use, which I use every day. When I called customer service, the reps wanted me to just give out all my card information to them over the phone, as if they didn't have enough sense to realize that is sensitive information. Don't waste your time. It's too bad, because it would be nice to be able to bike share.

From what we see in our records, both cards were declined and this is why it was not possible to complete the registration process. Unfortunately, our payment processor is not providing more feedback as to why the cards were declined.
