Sign-in up is now very simple, do it automatically with passport reading and you will not have to give your data again in other stores. In addition, the App has a wallet profile and QR identification system for greater comfort.

Enjoy shopping while you save. You can easily check the status of your refunds and at a glance, know if the Tax Free forms are collected or pending validation.

If you do not see the Tax Free form in the App or you have a manually stamped Tax Free form, you can scan it with a photo and we will manage it.

Validate the forms with the QR code of the App at the airport machines and collect the Tax Free refund of your purchases without commissions or waiting. In addition, now you can save and manage your payment methods easily and securely, also see how much you have saved with Tax Free and benefit from our Deals section with access to the map and list of stores that offer advantages for your purchases.

The app does not allow me to create an account. It keeps saying I already have an account created (emaill address) with the same user information (passport info) when I did not do so before at all. There is no way to know what was the email address or reset it. False app for tax refund.

they make the process looks so simple, but yet after you receive your tax refund form, it is so difficult to validate it and there is no way you can submit the filled form via the app. You get an error msg from trying to print or download the non-validated form through its app. without this, you cannot carry on the process. it makes you feel like buying insurance, easy to buy and so difficult to claim.

They claim no commissions or fees to get your tax money back, but this is not true. There is a 1€ charge to get refunded using credit card and, apparently, no fee charges if you use PayPal. However, PayPal charged me €2.16 to accept the transaction. This is BS!
