I loved this app - for a while - But what good is it when a vistor enters your site, initiates a chat but the mobile app never gets pinged. Birdseed as a company has gone completely silent, never communicating with their customers, no updates, no nothing - just silence and a mobile app that has stopped working - Yes, even after reinitiating the mobile app.

Howard, I apologize to just now respond to this. We have made a TON of updates to the web application and now we have released a new version of the mobile app. Please try it out. Our team works every week to add value to the product!

I'd like to see an option to keep me logged in rather than logging out when the app is put to sleep, force closed, phone rebooted, etc. This is becoming more of an issue as incoming chats will be missed when I'm on the go.
