Horrible app with limited functionality: * Regularly has issues logging in. * There is no spending graph in the app to show progress towards deductible and OOP max. Oddly, the FAQ on the Overview screen mentions "how often is the spending graph updated?", but the graph is nowhere to be found. * There is no way to download/save an EoB PDF from the app - you can only view it in the app. * There is no way to filter claims. BCBSMN needs to go look at the BCBSTX app for inspiration.

Being generous with 2. I was only able to sign up because I was smart enough to get around the terrible UX. No useful error when the user id I used was taken, made it look like the app was broken. The send id card screen reads the characters I entered Backwards. Ha! I can't screenshot an ID card, it saves as a black screen. It doesn't remember my login info so I have to remember/re-type it every time. That's just the problems I found in 5 minutes. Do you even have QA?

Every time I try to use the app it crashes immediately after I log in. Sometimes I get an error but most of the time it just crashes and I have to log in all over again. Each time I end up signing in through a web browser instead. I am at the point of giving up and getting rid of this app since it just doesn't work.
