If I could give this app zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst booking app I have ever used. From start to finish, it's riddled with bugs and issues that make it nearly impossible to use. The payment system is, without a doubt, the most unreliable, frustrating, and utterly broken system I have ever encountered in any app. Transactions fail repeatedly without any explanation for the same booking. The app then takes forever to process a refund, if it even does at all!

Too many bugs in the app. Paid for the ticket. Card charged. But ticket not issued. This app is not a convenience. Instead more of an inconvenience. My sincere advice is to go and get a ticket yourself from terminal instead of using this app and getting into more troubles. P.S after getting my mony stuck. I had to go to the terminal to get a ticket paying additional amount. *Reply to your response: Already contacted helpline. They say we did not receive any money. Not even trying to rectify.

The IT landscape has changed drastically in Pakistan yet these guys are unable to fix bugs since long. Every effort to fix a bug ends up in creating 2 new bugs. Please invest in you r Human Resource. The UI is also worst.
