For the past 4wks I've been unable to pay my SKY GLASS TV or my Home BROADBAND services via my MY SKY ACCOUNT, either on my the app on my phone or on my SKY Glass TV settings. Up until 3mths ago both accounts bills were being taken at the same time, causing unnecessary debt problems, and money worries each month. So I changed my payments so that I paid them myself with my credit card via the online app. Since then I have had numerous issues trying to pay the bills, my card not being accepted.

Really angry now. This app still won't allow access to sky talk settings. They are inaccessable online too. This has been going on for a few months now and I have given up all hope of it ever working, I get the feeling Sky just don't care. Sky have known about this problem for some considerable time but aren't doing anything about it. I have spoken to them three or four times to no avail.

Have had this App for a few years with no issues - until now. Over the past couple of weeks, it just won't load and I can't access the information I want to view. My only option is to uninstall, then reinstall. It's a bit of a ball ache and doesn't work as well as it used to, since the recent update. Comments please Sky...
