I recently booked tickets through the app, but faced issues during the transaction. After completing the payment, the money was deducted from my account, yet the ticket was not confirmed. I also received an error message after the payment was made, which was quite frustrating. While I did get an email from Bus India confirming the transaction, there was no response or confirmation from OSRTC regarding my booking. The app definitely needs improvements

I was charged twice the amount for a one-way trip out of busindia wallet. And booking page online not encrypted at all so how one use credit/debit cards there? I don't want to pursue the matter at all. A serious lapse like this only means there is a fundamental flaw in design. I also see that nobody actually responds to these complaints, which is pathetic and unprofessional. Hell with the app, I am not going to use it! I strongly recommend not to use the app for bookings. It is a substandard app!

Terrific experience...it doesn't update latest bus route and books ticket. I tried to contact customer service for refund, after hours of try they picked up the call and told that the refund will be done within a week. It's been a month and I didn't get my refund yet... Wanted to give 0⭐, but couldn't. Not going to use this app ever again...
