Unreliable I placed an order for 3 items on the 21st morning. At the time of placing the order the order confirmation clearly stated that out of the 2 meds would be delivered in 2 hrs and the 3rd next morning. But late evening I received an sms from blue dart informing me that my wellness package would arrive on the 24th of June. This is completely not acceptable as they should notify the client of the non availability and the time frame to get it. Very unprofessional service

However, occasional lag during search detracts from user flow. Overall, a reliable platform for hassle-free medication procurement.

No information regarding cancellation id or refund has been given in this app, we had to cancel an order because of difference in price, and did the same within 10 mins of order placed, yet to message regarding cancellation id was generated or any process related to it. More so over, in your terms of usage, there's no mention of user cancellation section in the document. Worst user experience. Somebody please update on the refund policy of orders.
