Glitchy. Sometimes the photos uploaded promptly. Other times, it took multiple tries and then the photo still didn't show up for about a half an hour. Then, it showed up multiple times which led me to try to delete the duplicates. The delete still hasn't worked after several tries. Also, the advertising inferred that photos could be texted directly to the frame bypassing using the app. Nope.

I gave this frame as a gift to a older family member that is not able to get around as easily. I cannot text photos to the frame, and neither can anyone else. With the price of the frame, I'm sorely disappointed and I was planning on buying another one for our of state family, but I'm hesitant about it now. Contacted the app, but no response. Very sad. :( please update!

This app is a complete nightmare. Sometimes it will tell you it's adding photos but usually it won't. If you try and delete a photo well good luck it may or may not actually delete. If you're considering a photo frame for a grandparent find a different brand because they won't be able to figure any of this out and you'll be pulling your hair with with frustration just trying to load photos
