Document storage, with 3 categories for filtering and quick search by file content: accounting, human resources and company-specific documents (certificate of registration, articles of association)
Real-time reports, customizable according to customer needs, e.g.: profit, income, expenses, receivables, available funds, cash, bank, VAT to be recovered, merchandise stocks
Company Check - a fast and handy tool that allows you to query, in seconds, important data about the activity of a customer, supplier or partner company
Invoicing is a complex module for issuing and managing invoices.
It includes the following functionalities:
New customer entry and billing data
Issuing proforma invoices, notifications for issuing fiscal invoices
Advanced search filter and invoice verification
Receipts reports and notifications
HR Admin is a module that streamlines payroll processes and personnel records.
It includes the following functionalities:
Monthly attendance for an unlimited number of employees
Issuance of certificates, necessary documents for employees
Financial reports and advanced filters on salary costs, number of employees and their status (active, inactive CM or CIC, vacations)
Self-service is a useful module, specially created to maximize productivity by automating the creation of standardized documents.
It includes the following functionalities:
Ready-made document templates, checked and good to use
Ability to create your own designs and save or share them with other members of the CASSA community
Advanced filters and archive for each document type
