The app is worse in terms of Ease-of-Use. It asks for pin but why fingerprint option is not enabled? I can't go back from payment screen so have to kill the app & restart each time. Payment options does not include GPAY on the initial Wallet choice list, and after selecting Amazon Pay, on the next step it asks to choose from other wallets after it uses my Amazon pay wallet balance on screen.... Ultimately I killed it again for Nth time & chose online banking to pay... Pathtic Experience🫣

Where is LOGIN OPTION ? Such a bad experience and developers used no mind while developing it. When I start the app there is an option for signup by asking for number and OTP . But once you have reinstalled it there is no option for sigin. Stuck on that signup page and unable to login. One should keep in mind the basic things that make a app user friendly. How can one do such a big fault while creating these type of nice apps ?

Have had a very smooth experience all along. We changed our residence recently. Had thought that it would be a hassle to get the address changed with BP. But it was surprisingly easy. Have been getting the cylinders on time. Big Thumbs Up! There is only one small thing if it is possible. After booking cylinder, if the app can indicate the tentative delivery date, it would be awesome.
