Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy S9/S9+ don't allow call recording in Europe / Korea / India / Singapore / UK markets. It's said that update to the latest firmware would solve this problem. However, we cannot guarantee. We do seriously apologize. If we have the new solution, we will inform you immediately. How to update the mobile phone firmware? I needed to make sure I got everything that was being said in a phone conference call that was coming up and I downloaded your app. It said clearly that some functions may not work well if I used earbuds. when it was time for the call I was able to be a part of the conversation after I informed them it was being recorded for quality control. when I played it back later it was very clear and crisp. And I didn't have to use the speaker function to record, played back right away. Great app. Thanks

I used this app more than a year and I was very happy with it. it recordes all of my call from phone, headset bluetooth, car bluetooth and speakers. but few days a go after updating now it doesn't record my calls thru the bluetooth headset. very disappointed, specially since I relayed on it for one of my important calls. now it just recording my side of conversations. very disappointed.

I have a note 8 and it was working just fine. Then I upgraded to this version and now instead of identifying the incoming call in the log of calls afterward, it just says incoming or outgoing call, which is almost useless. The instructions about power saving and adding it to a list are not applicable to my Note 8 a f a i k. I wish I left it like it was.
