Unable to use Samsung default keyboard or any keyboard when installed inside Samsung secure folder. I keep my banking apps installed in secure folder just to isolate from malware and other things. But this Citibank app is so poorly developed, every update creates issues and makes it less secure. All these guys will say is "drop us an email". Won't even read your review and say "will look into it". Just see developer response soon in this review.

Been using the app for years, and it has been visually buggy and slow to load since the start. Recently, the app has started to be more invasive for "security"; it's understandable to prevent app launch if USB debugging is enabled, but going as far as to detect and force a keyboard switch when the user is using one of the most common keyboards is too much. Perhaps limit that keyboard stalking to the CN market, where unsecured keystrokes are much more common, or stop flagging secure keyboards.

Functional, but unfriendly for single right hand use. The app doesn't allow 'back' with thumb swipe but insists on a tap of the < right arrow that's far left top corner. Not possible to reach with right thumb. Do improve on your UI UX.
