The app is fine aside from constantly being kicked out and having to call customer service everytime to access it again. Happens like clockwork every few months when I know my credentials are correct. It seems many other people experience the same frustrating situation so I do not know why it hasn't been fixed.

Pros: nice layout, easy to see and access everything I need to. Cons: Every time I log into the app it crashes on the 1st try and I have to re-login. Additionally if I try to go from viewing accounts to the bill pay section it will crash and I have to re-login and go directly to billpay. I've had this issue for as long as I can remember.

I absolutely hate hate hate that every so often I have to choose a new password, and cannot be a previous password, especially when I use my damn fingerprint to get in. I always have to call and have them reset the password and choose one that will work. Honestly about to switch banks it irritates me so much! Update: still absolutely hate this app! I cannot tell you how many times I NEEDED to view my account balance and it says 'sorry were experiencing technical difficulties' would give zero iic
