Only the basic functionality of the app, meaning turning the circulation on for 5 min, works (most of the times). Other features don't work. The device's home screen doesn't update consistently, status screen doesn't show true status, and timers longer than 5 minutes don't keep the circulation on for the selected time. Scheduling worked for me for some time, but it doesn't anymore. I don't even know how this app still functions with Android, since it hasn't been updated for more than two years!

Complete garbage. I got through the setup issues, and the app is apparently connecting to the device, but the data is often missing or wrong. Recirculation claims to be inactive. It's unclear what some of the controls do. For instance, there's a toggle labeled, "Tankless Power," with no explanation. Sure, I want tankless power. Or do I? Unfortunately, I bought the WiFi module mainly hoping to get more insight into or control over the recirculation process, which has been a nightmare...

I feel sorry for the CSRs. I was on hold 2 hrs. Never talked to anyone. A forced firmware upgrade with no backward compatibility. No user manuals for the new mobile application. Still can't re-geister my unit. States my serial number is incorrect. As a CIO, I am emabarassed for the application developers and whomever IS NOT leading them. It's a good thing the hardware is rock solid. There are 4 major bugs: accurate statistics, screen actual buttons, data between screens and the UI is horrible.
