The app itself works terribly. It used to work better but the updates have made accessing transfer history even worse. Extremely poor customer service, random charges and no easy way to find out what they are for or how to rectify. You just have to call them and spend hours of your day on hold and between calls. Been using this service for years now and it's only getting worse¿? All in all the fees keep going up and the quality of service keeps going down.

SCAM! Nothing works: no biometric unlock (always error while setting up) in app, no technical support via email, unable to change phone number (always error while changing), personal identification in app doesn't work. Finally, this CorreosPrepago card does not work in 80% of offline cafe, shops, etc. I warned you!

Very limited functionality, no online support, everything only in Spanish, impossible to top up the card anywhere except Correos offices, fees for every little thing - for topping up , for IBAN, for simply having a card... And now they're asking to verify my identity but the verification system in the app fails at the last step! How am I supposed to verify?? And if I don't do it, they say they'll block my card after a month!
