I keep having to install this app and apparently all my records have disappeared. It is now very hard to even navigate to try and find something. The prior app was just fine but for some reason, they just had to mess it up!

Cox system is very well organized and prim and proper with the receptionists. I seldom have to wait past my appt time. The buildings are very nice and the Doctors I have seem qualified and hàve great beside manner along with the nurses.

Alan was very helpful. The girl before him didn't solve the problem. We were disconnected and she didn't call back. Alan and I was disconnected but he called back and solved the problem. He was very patient and courteous.
