Really love the game just wish they penalized repeated moves for the AI on level 8 was trying to beat every level with increasing difficulty but this one difficulty setting just repeats the same rook move of left to right for more than 12 turns!!!! Hope this can get fixed had to skip it and move to level 9 😔 but the AI is working here 😁!!!

Saw clips of this in a bunch of animes and the app runs pretty flawless. I just beat the level 1 bot after a good 30 min game and the bot was a good challenge. The only thing that needs improvements is the rule explanation section, it is a little vague and confusing but if you play chess its not to difficult to pick up.

I have been playing this game for quite a few years now, and it is still the best shogi game on the market. Minimal ads(1 every 3-4 games) even without the subscription. Without the subscription(it is only $4 a month), you get three online matches per day. These do tend to go by rather quickly, but the cpu is extremely advanced and fun to play. There are 15 cpu levels. Level 15 is grandmaster. The ui in game is intuitive and easy to use, and I have yet to experience any bugs yet! Have a good day
