Now on main screen battery is white and says "0", same thing on "live view" but it will tell me voltage and temp though, yet has a green dot and next to that says "battery is OK" also there is no graph. Problem has been happening for about a year with Zero fixes. Also one thing that has never worked is "get notification when low battery" older versions did not have the problems I stated above. Thank you.

I've been a user of the app for a little longer than 2 years. Initially, I was just pleased and not overly impressed as I was only getting instantaneous voltage reading and only a historical graph of state of charge - which was adequate. After update, I can now see historical data on all 3: voltage, state of charge, & battery temperature. After the update, took forever to reconnect to the Ctek battery sense... Over 30 minutes. Even tried deleting Bluetooth and re-pair. Eventually it worked.

The app and the device seem to work well and I've used it for a little over a year. However, I have trust issues with it and the transmission of data. The app would not install on my Pixel 2 unless the location feature was enabled. I asked tech support about this and got a snarkey reply that they had no interest in my location. The Privacy Policy on the Play Store is not the current version. The one you see on the store is one page and says they do not collect data. Version 2 (May 2018) is two pages and says they do collect data but it is anonymized and not shared with any other parties. I have "Share anonymous data with CTEK" turned off but the Pixel still shows the app using between 1 and 2 MB per month of "Data". This might be Bluetooth which is fine or it might be cell data which is not. The phone does not indicate which. I like the app and the device. I don't trust what it does in the background however.
