New version ( 10/29/20) took away the " add item" button in the details tab, now it's three ambiguous dots in the upper right corner the then lead to the " add items" button, so another unnecessary step. How this improves Service ridge I do not understand. It's moving quick towards a myriad of unnamed buttons, extra menus, and significant changes without notice or explanation. Some extra menus may help, but EVERY estimate written needs the " add items" button.

We are forced to use this by our parent Co. We have to pay for it $100 per person per month which is a complete rip off. Its biggest problem is when i show up to someones house to log in to the job, it immediately shuts down and i have to log in 2 times. Out of the 5 jobs i go to for the day 3 of them will do this random shut down. I have to waste 3 to 4 minutes for it to work again. It often brings up the wrong address for the maps. Ive gone to the wrong house. 500 is not enough to do all isus

First time using and it's been about a year. Works well and give alot of information for myself being the supervisor of 5 other coworkers. We have anywhere from 5-10 jobs and up to 15+ a day between us. Being able to see when jobs are started, finished and communication in between is very helpful. Need to work on the android picture zoom though....😬
