Ratings and reviews

It's been a good app with easy prompts to follow. The greatest challenge has been when one wanna pair with trust factor especially when one has lost a phone and wants to put account into another phone. The process is just disappointing

I recently had a terrible experience with DFCU bank. The customer service was absolutely appalling - the representatives were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in my concerns. On top of that, the process was incredibly slow and inefficient. I felt like I was constantly being passed around from one person to another, with no resolution in sight. Overall, I would not recommend DFCU bank to anyone looking for a quick and efficient banking experience.

super fantastic app,easy to use and has less operational errors
