Filmbib is a distribution portal for procurement scheme for short films and documentaries.
The scheme is administered by the Norwegian Film Institute commissioned by the Ministry of Culture and is created to provide the Norwegian public access to the Norwegian short films and documentaries via the library.

An independent committee evaluates the films included in the Agreement.
The selection is based on nominations from the Norwegian Film Workers' Association, Norwegian film, television and games Producers' Association, Norwegian Writers' Guild and Norwegian Film Directors. The committee appointed for two-year terms.
