Getting started
- Below are a few tips for navigating the myEarthLink® app.
- You will need to provide your EarthLink email address and password to check your EarthLink email and account status as well as pay your bill. You will be asked to enter this information when necessary.
- If you want to check another EarthLink email account, you will need to log out first. Click the My Account tab and select the Logout button.
- When you first open the myEarthLink® app you will receive several prompts asking for permission. Select “Allow” for full myEarthLink® functionality.

UPDATE 9/11/24: FORWARDING STILL BROKEN. Just give me a functioning app!!! Using Android 14/pixel 7. For the longest time, you cannot reply/Forward emails easily. This is a basic email function!!! The app doesn't show where cursor is, doesn't place cursor at the top of the message, doesn't blink, and when you type, it takes you to the bottom of the whole email string so you can't see what you're typing!!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN AFTER YEARS OF EMAIL APPS??? But hey, it has weather so yeah...

Spent about 4 hours trying to install on phone - with 2 days left before I potentially lost 21 years worth of mail. After holding for a tech for 59 mins 56 seconds, recording hung up on me. Finally, I managed to download - it took 2 downloads of different sizes. On phone, the layout is horrible. You just see 1 column of mail - cannot see all of your other options. Now I'm trying to get the app for my laptop - and I don't even know if it exists. So far, drop-down box only shows my 2 phones.

I've been using this app for years. I loved reading the news with my phone. No popup adds. Just the news articles in format easily read from a small device. Now the News feature, redirects you to the Earthlink website. This truly sucks. I hate it. With all the spam I get on my Earthlink email, I think it's time to dump my paid for account and with free gmail.
