Even after raising request, there won't be any proper response as u can cancel or reschedule it. Worst service . They will send reminder messages and calls when your AMC (1 year with purchase) with warranty included,is about to expire and after that, there won't any proper service after raising request. Useless app. It wont take to next page ..

Full waste. Requested extended warranty 6 times through app but no response. Called customer care for the same, and they said we can't do anything but we have setup a call back from relevant team. But, never got a call from them.

My TV stopped working for more than a week. I have raised service request on 16th September but till now nobody attended. I have tried a lot for the service. Not sure is it a mandatory step to follow up so many times to get service from Panasonic? Is there anything called SLA in Panasonic service? Really fed-up.
