Ratings and reviews

First let me say that I do have the hard wallet that is needed to make this app work. Secondly let me say in the year I've had it, I've had nothing but problems with the secure wallet. It takes 24 hours or so to just update your balance after a transaction. Therefore you can't send more than one transaction in that time span. This needs to be fixed. There is almost no support for it. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they want to sell you a faulty product and provide NO support when it doesn't work. Their ticket system for support puts you in a queue where they are not obliged to communicate with you AT ALL. If you email them your email becomes a new ticket. They do not communicate with their customers. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

One of the best Hardwallet interfaces I've used! Yes you need their hard wallet in order to utilize this app. Unintelligent people who post bad reviews without fully reading the requirements, can be disregarded.
