Emporia Energy has been one of the best companies I have ever worked with and is always very professional. Anytime I have needed help or assistance, their team has gone beyond expectations. The APP is always available and so user-friendly! Emporia Energy is a must if you rely on a whole house emergency generator backup system. It enables you to monitor and adjust your loads accordingly. In addition, it is a product that can be installed by a knowledgeable individual practicing safety.

The app is generally good, however, there is something to work on, especially the UX and UI. For instance, Home screen: when you navigate to a curtain circuit and then you want to go back to Home screen intuitively swiping the screen from right to left ("go back" gesture on android devices), the app just get closed. The only way to go back to Home screen is to push "Home" button - which is ok, but probably very frustrating for Android users. (Google Pixel 7 pro)

Emporia Vue 3: Decent energy monitor but the app is kinda bad. It is cumbersome to select a particular day/hour/minute. The app shows me peak 15 minute usage rates, but there's not a way to see when that 15 minute period was. I hate that the graph scale changes automatically. The back gesture often exits the app instead of taking you to the previous screen. The real-time monitoring is nice for determining breaker/outlet pairing. Vue exposed lots of incorrect panel labels.
