Ratings and reviews

I had been getting a book for years. This year I purchased a digital membership in March. When I tried to use it in July the app says my membership expired. When I tried to contact them it says use frequently asked questions. Trying to contact them through the app but no response. It use to be a good product, but now they obviously have problems. Beware!

Way too hard to cancel! The deals seem fine, but I changed my mind & decided to cancel my membership, & had to jump through way too many hoops to do so. You can see your membership info on your account, either in app or online, but you cant cancel it through either. The FAQs don't tell you how to do it, which is messed up.

Coupons don't work. Printed the coupons is very hard to get a nice clear legible coupon. Using the app coupon is better, but they are not accepted. I have tried using the coupons at 2 different locations only to be told the coupons are no good. The app only gives you 10 minutes to use the coupon. The app says you got discount even when the coupon is rejected. Terrible.
