It's a good one. But please it will be much better if the receiver gets a credit alert. And also try and improve in the payment system. Most times I make payments,i will have to wait before I get credited or sometimes I have to notify through Whatsap group. I recommend the App for everyone.

I deposited money into their account and it has not been funded me till date. Now, anytime I try logging in, it always tells me 'Too many attempt'. I am very sure of my password, but I decided to click 'forget password'. They ask me to type in a code which they are to send, but they never send. And their costumer service is very BAD. Maybe, they are scammers. EDIT they have finally refunded me but it took so long, maybe 6months or a year 😒 I can't remember

Send details of your transactions to our customer care line 07046455549. We have different channels that you can reach us either through email:support@tua.ng,whatsApp, Telegram, facebook, twitter, instagram which are all active for easier and quicker customer support. The delay is getting code can be network downtime. You can re-download the App.

I am changing my review. Be all aware people, these people or whoever they are don't pick up calls nor respond to their customers needs and issues. I have a feeling they are planning to shut down and defraud us of our money in their account. I have suffered in their hands a great number of times. For those who deposit large sums of money in their wallet, be aware!!!!

Hello, The reason is because you forgot to include your topup number in the narration when making deposit, however, you can give us the amount, date, bank that you deposited into and your topup phone number so that you will be credited immediately email: info@topupafrica.com.ng also this is our customer care line 07046455549
