Pathetic. Waste of time and effort. They do not have a web based booking system. You have to use the app for online booking. App does not process registration. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. I downloaded the Daewoo app, and it worked like a charm. Booked ticked on Daewoo within a couple of minutes. Astonishingly, despite such poor reviews for so long, nothing seems to have been done for improvement.

Faisal Movers provides a disappointing travel experience, with rough bus conditions and cramped economy seating. Frequent, time-consuming stops before departure further inconvenience passengers. Turning off the AC during stops adds to discomfort, especially for families traveling with children, leading to a stressful journey. Despite charging fares higher than competitors, their service falls below standard. The overall experience lacks comfort and quality worst worst worst worst

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with this app. The quality was subpar, and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. The entire app is wrost. I would not recommend this to anyone and would advise others to steer clear. 1/10 would not repeat.
