Had problems with this app last year, it's still not great. Just uninstalled and reinstalled, relogged in and still won't fully load. It just spins and spins for minutes (says Loading) but nothing ever comes up. Overall the app is weird.. it's a loyalty program for Sickies, but is not branded that way at all. Doesn't show menu, locations, logo, anything. You need a better app that is designed specifically for you and is not a random "Royalty Rewards" that doesn't even work all the time.

This app is very difficult to use and doesn't give you much information. my understanding is that it is supposed to save your coupons or offers from certain vendors so that you only have to carry your phone. In my case they only thing it has successfully done is save my list card info. Unless this last update was amazing, I'm not able to see what "coupons" i have stored and it is difficult to scan them in.

Awful. Just awful. Been "using" this app going on three years now and it just doesn't work. I've emailed the owners/developers several times and although friendly. They just cannot resolve the login errors. The app will open with my card number, but when I try to retrieve my password it gives an error saying user is invalid. One of the most frustrating apps I own. I love Ajo als but this app is absolutely garbage and the restaurant needs to invest some serious $ to get it all working.
