I have banked here for several years, and for the most part have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are always kind, friendly, and always willing to help me out in anyway. I would highly recommend the services offered here. I mainly use the bank at 24th State as my home branch. However over the years I have been to all the locations over the years and have always had a positive experience. Thanks to you all!

The app changes or ignores my phone settings. With reference to the developer's reply, I did call. I have no concerns with required permissions. I understand those are needed for functionality. Settings preferences for how and when the app gets updated are what is being changed. We discussed this. Three additional stars for replying, and following up; four total. Get five stars after app consistently does not change the autoupdate setting. Otherwise, a good app. No other concerns.

Our app should not make any changes to your phone. It may request permissions to certain things within your phone such as camera access for mobile deposits, but should not actually change anything. Please give us a call at 217-228-8000 so we can try to help figure out what is going on.

It's easy to use. I really love it. Never need a receipt as long as I got the app. I love how I set it up so I get notifications for everything I need to know.
