Extremely bad service. Never seen a delivery company this bad that can send your item to the wrong branch twice!! How do you even make the same mistake twice in 2 days??? The item should be arrived in 2 days but 2 weeks passed and the parcel haven't arrived!!! Even my grandmother pushing wheelchair and go sending parcels is faster than this service. Worst transport company in the world. Whoever sending parcels should avoid this delivery company at all cost!

delivered status, but I have never received my parcel. this is not the first time it has happened, but 3 times already. you always have a problem with your services. If not problematic delivery, a missing parcel. this is ridiculous and frustrating 🤬

The worst ever!!! I suggest to the seller to stay with J&T. This courier is worst of all!!! This things happen so many time, it happen to me with ninja van... I don't want to think that they have the same reason cause in ninja van, if the staff like your item they will not deliver it! I don't want to think the same thing is happening this time around!!! Mind ur efficiency FLASH EXPRESS!
