there is no customer service accessible as far as I can tell. the note recognition feature works terribly and keeps stopping the piece midway even though we're playing it correctly. Midi connection won't work in our case. so I had hoped this touted note recognition tech would work for us. nope. and you can't turn it off either. regretting this purchase.

The arrangements/ selections are great. The learning tool is useful. However, it won't allow you to view more than a few bars at once-Not multiple lines and def not the whole sheet. I can't learn this way. I can't progress. I'm paying a LOT of money to not get to view the actual sheet music! Ideally, I can print it out and use flowkey as a tool to learn it. I wrote to them when I first subscribed but there's been no change. IMO only beginners are giving 5. I can do better on YouTube

The app itself is good. The "wait" mode is awesome when it works, but sometimes it can't figure it out. Could be my cheap tablet's fault. It's frustrating the way the "basic" paid service locks out all modern songs but they don't explain that. There's no way to filter out the premium songs so you're constantly wading through all the songs you can't access unless you pay even more.
