The app is great when it works properly, however, it will kick me out on occasion and give me an error message saying that my credentials cannot be verified which is weird an inaccurate because I login with my biometrics (fingerprint). It will say "fingerprint recognized" yet still not allow me access. I will manually type my password and still get the same message. I usually have to un and re install the app and it works fine. This happens about once or twice every month and is inconvenient.

I changed phones recently. As per usual, need to sign back into everything. I cannot sign back into the ap. I could customer service and they were little to no help. I logged into the main banking page, went under the mobile selection and following tge directions. Still nothing. I'll try again on Monday to speak to someone in their tech dept. I'm not even sure that's possible? I like the mobile app because it's faster and easier for me.

This app is horrifyingly glitchy, logs you out randomly and does not let you back in for DAYS. I had to download OTHER apps to see balance and transactions on my account. Customer service is closed on the weekends so if there is an issue, too bad, especially on long weekend (ie. Holidays) Just go with a different bank and save yourself the headache.
