About this app

Existing customer? Follow the prompts to login with your customer number and internet banking password.
New to Bank Australia? Download the app to register as a customer and open selected accounts directly.

A few things to remember
• Don’t keep your customer number and PIN with your mobile device.
• Make sure to log out when you’re done.
• The app will auto log out after five minutes of no activity.
• Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details.
• Please check the BSB and account number or PayID details carefully.
Bank Australia does not verify or confirm that the details you provided are correct, or that the account name and number or PayID match.
If the details are incorrect you could be paying the wrong account and you may not be able to get your money back.

Easy to use and find the information I've needed. I love that all my account are on the one statement that begins the 1st of each month. Customer service has been easy to contact and extremely helpful with useful advice. I have old accounts with BOQ (their website has to be the worst I've experienced) and CBA but Bank Australia's website and app is easily the best. The only improvement I could suggest is being able to change the transfer limit more easily for larger one off payments.

App layout is great, easy to navigate, being able to add tags to payments afterwards for categorizing transactions would be useful (allow us to see extended description if tap on a description which is too many character to show, or if I add a description add it at the front of the full transaction details so it not cut off). Edit: Transaction are dated by when they clear rather than when they happen, which can be confusing for backtracking. 4* lowered to 3*

It provides most of the base functionality that an app of this nature needs. Works well and looks nice doing it. It's missing some bigger picture stats you see in Commbank but given the banks size I can understand. My biggest gripe comes from account notifications. 25 cents to get a text when an account is active ? Why can't the app just send a push notification like all other banking apps do. This is seriously strange, but over all a good experience.
