Horrible Login and Lag!! I've had GCI as my provider for over two years, their app really needs improvement. Trying to talk to an agent sometimes doesn't go through or they don't see my messages (so they end my chat). Then every month trying to log in is horrible. I have right password, but nope. Only works when i use the website. Sometimes the app lags out so bad I can't use it for months.

No matter how many times I set it to keep me logged in it never does then proceeds to not let me log in half of the time and if I can half of the app won't load or crashes. Also they allow you to upgrade your plan in the app but don't give you an option to downgrade. These have been a problem for years it seems based off of past reviews.

This is one of the worst designed service apps I've ever used. Logging in works 50% of the time, and using any other feature of the app works less than 1% of the time. I've been late paying my bill 2 months in a row now because the app refused to do one of its few functions. I pay my bill over the phone now, but wow what a hassle. If they did just a tiny amount of bug fixing I'm sure the app would be fine. Classic GCI service though. Absolute garbage.
