I am writing to share my feedback regarding the Upwards app, which I have been using for almost 1.5 years. Unfortunately, I have found that the app's features have not met my expectations. Moreover, whenever I have requested a foreclosure through email, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and support is disappointing and makes it difficult to manage and there is no supporting team also.

I just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with this loan app. I applied for a loan more than 4 days ago and my application status has been stuck on "in progress" ever since. I was really counting on this loan for something urgent, but it seems like it's going nowhere. I thought the loan would be approved quickly as they advertised, but it's been nothing but a waiting game. I just wanted to let you know so you don't waste your time like I did. I'm going to try a different vendor

Ans to below. Manul payment was asked from your app, and payment made from.upward app. Pls return nowI have paid the loan much in advance aonn1st oct. And inform upward via email they acknowledged mail as well, my date was on 4th. Auto pay, today upward my loan amount again why have you done it. It was kept for my son fee. Which you deduct without calling or information to me. I gave all the proff.. I need my money back in my account now. I paid via ur app with 130 extra.. pls refund immediately
