App fails 99% of the time. One the very rare occasions it does work it will do a good job for a bit then flies the drone wherever it wants at what ever speed it wants. This is particularly unsettling when it dives full speed into the ground. If I could give the app negative stars I would give it -100 for use, ease, and control. In short this app completely SUCKS!!!

Not a good app for the money you pay for this drone. Have a terrible time getting the app to connect. But if it helps anybody out. I played around with the antennas on the remote and it seemed to help to finally get the app to connect to the drone. Vivitar you really screwed up on this app. The drone itself seems to be a good built drone. Has some features I dont really like. For 1 I dont want to have to hold the throttle button down for ever just to get the thing to shut down.

After several very short flights about 6 mins each flight ive come to the conclusion that this app and drone has alot of room for improvement..first off..flight time is about 6 mins on a fully charged battery not 12 as promised. Recharge time is about 5 hours. None of the stats are displayed on the flight screen. And the drone will sometimes move away on its own. Gps doesnt work .probaly gonna return it for a refund this week..
