Solid app on the Samsung S20 Ultra. Connects fast, good real time display. No issues connecting multiple times with a TM10-256. Only thing I'm not sure of is the update device feature. Clicked the button once it was connect to the PC but nothing happened. Not sure if its fully up to date or just a dead button. Nice to use my phone to take pictures and video easily.

Room for improvement . But it works great with my AGM TS25-256. It works. It was tricky to set up. I had to go through the steps several times in the end I figured out it was my VPN was trying to connect to the scope. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE: 1) the app should record sound. 2) landscape mode where the full screen is the video. Thanks. I currently screen record the app so I can have sound but it recorders vertical. Go landscape and line the icons on the bottom! Thanks

I turned on the hotspot on the camera. I reset it, I used the thermals serial number as required for the wifi, then re-entered it again to login & connect to the camera as directed. As soon as it login's, the app closes unexpectedly. I have tried it on 5 devices hoping to get it to work - but each time, I am faced with the same faulty app shut down error. I wrote the company. No response. Now, I have a thermal camera that is basically useless for what I was going to be using it for... HELP!
