Great app - Great concept - Easy & User friendly, but has some faults. Download and install is easy. It's been seamless. Recording the driving is really interesting. I score highly, I note some other users complain they score lowly - perhaps they should drive a little better? 😂 Battery usage is very high. 19% on my morning drive of 30 mins. Yes, a charger is a must. The app seems to take an average of driving performance, so far, so good.

My card expired during the renewal, I received an email to say how easy it is to make the payment via the app and update my details. Nope. I looked everywhere on the app. Couldn't find anything that would allow this. Couldn't get through on phone either. Update: it seemed the email was a bit ahead of the app. The facility to enable payment appeared a day or so later. I have revised my rating. Thanks

Such a terrible terrible thing! This gives me anxiety with driving and I do so most days. I am alway slamming on the breaks - no thats just when I apply them rather than taking my foot off the accelerater. I apparently lost points this week for a speedy acceleration from a country lane onto the M50!! Well how exactly are you supposed to not get rear ended??? If my passenger uses my phone while I'm driving I also 'loose points' and there's no way to even add any of this information to the app.
