Once again the app isn't working! Recently updated and now it's not showing when drivers have picked up the job, I'm only getting text notifications which I can follow the link sent online. The app still sayinf "upcoming" on the job but my daughter has already been picked up. Not great for safety aspect as my daughter is disabled and has the app on her phone as well but the telephone number is registered to me so she can't see anything happening unless I keep sending her screenshot updates.

I had to use Addison Lee's Courier service (#946861) to bring the items from Ikea. The fare was £39.6, but after three days, they tried to charge me extra £5 without any notice. Which logistics company on this planet charges extra fares three days after finishing the journey without any explanation? To make things worse, I had to put up with a rude courier driver call to me "WHERE ARE YOU? COME TO THE BLOODY CAR." I have never heard a swearing word from the courier driver in my life.

This app is pretty good. It doesn't allow auto fill, which took me a little time to work out. I assume it's a safety feature. Worked fine as long as I manually typed everything in. Hopefully, my cab will come on time tomorrow. Edit: My cab was on time. Great driver, clean and smart car. Their pet friendly vehicles are so important to me, and I've never had a problem when I book a pet friendly car. Updated from 4 to 5 star.
