I had the older version installed last year and it was great. Uninstalled because i had issues with my phone.. Only to reinstall and sign in to loose all my hard earned crystals. Then what's the point in signing in? This is even worse than a sign up Please restore my crystals which was over 20000 or compensate me for this loss or I'm deleting it permanently

Absolutely terrible compared to the other apps. I've emailed multiple times and never got a response. I never receive all of my jewels whenever I'm collecting them. I've never received any karma or jewels by watching videos, and it's always saying my orders are invalid but never refunding the jewels I spent. Very disappointed.
