Gemgala is an amazing app. It includes various options for games. I am using this app since 1 year. I loved this game and also invited many friends to use this app and play games. But later when this game reached the peak it turn off many options like exchange option. Now it is open for those whose level is above 4. After that update I see a little downfall of this game. I request to open the exchange option as the new comers may enjoy the game and also invite more friends as I did when I joined

I Want To share my personal experience of this game. It was very wonderful game. We played it about 2 years. But Few Months Ago, When You Closed Exchange Option. After it, the game is not played by 50 to 60% gamers because of this exchange option problem. Now you opened the exchange option only for those whose wealth level is 4 or higher. I Wants To Ask A Question That Under Wealth Level 3 are not the part of your game? Your game is not for newly joined gamers? Plz Open Exchange Option For All

I like this app first very much when I join this first time but now again with new update it's worst app because in exchange of coins 🪙 we didn't get equal diamonds and secondly your all gift prices are same and this is not fair. One more big problem is that sometime when we gifting for diamonds we didn't get anything after gifting and this is cheating. Please listen our problem and do something. Thanks.
