New app doesn't work. Just hangs on transfers and payments ... why did you replace a single homepage with multiple pages ????? I have to click through 3 pages to get to the same point that used to be just the opening screen. Nothings changed after latest update ... for the love of god ... listen to your customers ... bring back the previous UI ... the new ones is unecessarily cluttered and counter intuitive. The previous one was on the money.

The new app is clunky and slow. They clearly didnt get an app designer when making the new UI (or they got a *very* bad one.) The new version doesnt have things in convenient layouts anymore, its all done by tapping buttons to go through menus which is bad design. Its slow, janky and pure white which is bad on the eyes. They also removed a core acessability feature in removing the ability to put pictures on each account, making it harder for those with reading difficulties. Use the web version.

Miss the old one, easy to work around and simple to learn. Since the updated version, I've logged into my account once and no more than that. Always being told there's an unknown error or it just doesn't load at all. I rely heavily on being able to access my account to transfer payments like my rent and bills and have not been able to do so since the app updated. I'm now going to have to resort to finding time in my busy work week to head to my bank to do any transfers. Leave things alone!
