HMWSSB (Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board) is constitued under Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Act 1989 (Act No . 15 of 1989 ), with the following Functions & Responsibilities in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Area.

The Supply of potable water including planning, design, construction, maintenance, operation & management of water supply system, manholes,
water leakage, water treatment plants in Hyderabad Metropolitan Area.
Sewerage, Sewerage Disposal and sewerage treatment works including planning, design, construction, maintenance,
operation & management in Hyderabad Metropolitan Area.

Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) Consumer Services App is launched so that a citizen
can avail it's services like booking a tanker, payment of bill, and register any grievance like water leakage, manhole cover missing etc.,
It supports bilingual interface in both telugu and English.

Hi, whenever I book a tanker, I am getting token number and also with the same token number compliant got registered automatically. It's kind of a bug in app. Please fix it.

They do attend to the Job ( sewerage) on time but the work is not all that satisfactory....after a week every thing is back to square one...

Customer friendly app. Very simple to use and absolutely useful to consumers.
