The app is much better and more practical and convenient than the Shell-Tel-24 phone system in my opinion. Haven't had any hiccups yet... knock on plastic.

It's just simple to use- I can transfer money from my accounts in second and even late at night when the bank isn't even open- tells me all the ATMs that won't charge my account extra either- good app through and through- only problems are I'm not allowed to buy anything online no matter how many times I've called to unlock that feature I have months ago- and with the new card I'm not allowed to add it to my phone in general- they don't call you when they said they would-- good but horrible bank
