Every time I upload an image of an invoice through the app the iHP team claims the invoice is illegible. They once sent me an example of the image and the app mutilated the image such that it was illegible when my original photo was perfectly clear. It almost seems like they are doing this intentionally so that it is more difficult to file a claim because I've brought it up to them multiple times and they still haven't fixed the issue.

Worst tele consultation app. Difficult to use, and not user friendly at all. There's no back button. I tried login using correct credentials but failed. Forcing me to reset password. Tele consult always failed at least 3 times before you can get hold of doctor. I already did my consultation butiIt keeps showing doctor is trying to connect, and when I press connect, there's no doctor at all. Now I'm stuck on that page, and unable to cancel request. Super buggy app.
